Proper hand-lettered artwork
looking for custom trippy lettering art? you’re in the right place…
I’m Natalie Reilly aka Thirteen Scorpios, and I draw everything you see here by hand. Hence hand lettering art. No fonts. That means every project is entirely unique.
I create everything from band logos and album covers to event posters, murals, and even wedding stationery.
And I don’t just work in one style. I do everything from 60s liquid lettering to Art Nouveau revival style; from psychedelic wobbles to Sabbath-inspired shapes, and beyond.
If you’ve got a project that needs trippy letters, I’m your gal.
NB at the moment my website is still under construction but you can see a good range of styles over on my Instagram
custom LETTERING ART for bands, labels, and brands
I’m a lettering artist, but I don’t just stop at the type. I handle the full illustration and layout too, drawing the surrounding artwork to make sure it actually fits the style of the letters.
Examples of projects I work on include:
Logos — Custom type for bands, labels and brands
Product & Merch — Full illustrations for packaging, labels, t-shirts etc
Posters — Gig posters and event visuals
Album & Single Covers — High-res artwork for digital or physical releases
Murals & Windows — Big lettering art and illustration for retail and hospitality businesses
Custom Stationery — Full sets or just the invites
NB: I’m happy to use fonts or other design elements to finish a layout where it makes sense, but the soul of the work is always handmade.
what i actually do
Every custom bit of art starts with a chat. You tell me what you’re dreaming up - the idea, the deadline, what it’s for, your budget, if you have one - and I’ll come back with more ideas and excitement.
Once we’re in agreement, I’ll get started with some outline sketches, and when you’ve given your thumbs up, I embark on the final piece and keep you updated along the way.
The legal bit: You get exclusive rights to use the art for the project we agreed on (like your specific album, logo, or merch run). I keep the copyright so I can show the work in my portfolio. If you want a full buyout or need to use the art for something else later, we can always chat about an extended license.
