I’m Natalie, the hand-lettering artist Thirteen Scorpios, and I’m available for commissioned projects.

Sometimes the letters want to be bigger than a page. As a mural artist I paint large-scale hand-lettered murals, feature walls, and window art for homes, pubs, taprooms, bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, hotels, studios, offices, and event spaces. Everything is drawn from scratch and painted freehand, and what ends up on your wall exists nowhere else.
It works the same way as any other commission, just with more ladders. I'll come and look at the space, take photos and measurements, and send back a scale visual so you can see exactly how it'll sit before I open a tin. Most walls take one to three days to paint - depending on how big your space is! - and I paint working around your opening hours where I can, in durable paints that are designed to last.
Based in Worthing, working as a mural artist across Sussex, Brighton, Arundel, Shoreham, Chichester. Also available for murals in Surrey, London and further afield.

how the commission process works
Every custom bit of art starts with a chat.
You tell me what you’re dreaming up - the idea, the deadline, what it’s for, your budget, if you have one - and I’ll come back with more ideas and excitement.
Once we’re in agreement, I’ll get started with some outline sketches, and when you’ve given your thumbs up, I embark on the final piece and keep you updated along the way.
The legal bit: You get exclusive rights to use the art for the project we agreed on (like your specific album, logo, or merch run). I keep the copyright so I can show the work in my portfolio. If you want a full buyout or need to use the art for something else later we can always chat about extended license.

Here’s an idea of starting prices:
Logo: from £275
Album or event artwork: from £400
Retail/hospitality seasonal windows: from £150
Murals or large-scale pieces: from £600
A 50% deposit secures your slot, with the balance due once the final artwork is signed off. Final rates depend on the scale and complexity of your project. All commissions include 2-3 rounds of refinement and are delivered as high-resolution digital files ready for your specific print or digital setup (or for wall application by me!).
