  • Content & social media strategy for GCUC UK: I manage the end-to-end content and social media presence for the UK’s leading coworking and workspace conference. This means translating high-level industry conversations into engaging, community-driven digital content that builds momentum all year round.

  • Full-scale operations & growth: I co-ran the operational ecosystem of a leading UK creative writing school. I scaled their in-person retreat programme from five to 12 locations nationwide and delivered a sell-out 2-day 100-writer festival. Simultaneously, I managed their marketing channels, CRM systems, website tech, and looked after the team of retreat hosts.

  • Launches & system mapping: I have built the backend infrastructure and managed launch execution for a varied portfolio of independent creatives, founders, and businesses, including interior designers, infant feeding training providers, and parenting experts. From setting up digital course platforms like Thinkific to designing custom content pipelines in Notion, and email workflows in Mailchimp, I ensure it all runs seamlessly.

  • On-retainer project support: Stepping in alongside a founder to pick up anything needed to keep momentum high, including building a custom Squarespace website for a book launch, end-to-end management of podcast recordings, and organising high-profile business dinners.

I’m Natalie Reilly, and I’ve spent over a decade working alongside creatives, designers, educators, coaches, and small business owners. I help them launch and market ideas, grow communities, and handle the operational heavy lifting so they can stay grounded while their work expands.

Alongside this work, I run my own creative business too, so I know firsthand what it’s genuinely like to balance big imagination with daily responsibility.

I help creative people build calm out of chaos by taking over the practical systems and projects they no longer need to hold onto, giving them the space to do their best work without burning out.

After our initial chat, we’ll agree on a setup that fits your priorities and goals.

Once we start, I work efficiently, keeping things organised, flowing and on time.

We check in as often as you need, and you can stay focused on your creative work, knowing the rest is handled.

  • For when you need a calm, reliable right-hand who can think strategically with you as well as do tasks for you.

    This isn’t VA work. It’s creative partnership. A monthly retainer for consistent help wherever you need it, be that marketing, projects, or operations. Perfect if you need someone to bounce ideas off, hand things to, and ensure things keep moving each week from the background.

    • Coordinating projects: Managing launches, content pipelines, and collaborations so ideas turn into finished pieces.

    • Marketing & content: Shaping and scheduling digital content, newsletters, and social media posts.

    • Tech & platform maintenance: Looking after your CRM, website updates, and digital tools so everything runs smoothly.

    • Brain space: Keeping your inbox, diary, and files organised so your creative brain has space to breathe.

    Starting from £300 per month (for 10 hours)

  • For when you need that same flexible, multi-skilled support on a fixed- term project basis.

    You might have an event coming up that you need an extra pair of hands or brain for; a book launch; or a new website on the way. Whatever it is, I’ll help you shape the plan and make sure every step flows from idea to planning to delivery.

    You might know what needs to get done, or we can figure it out together. This is ideal if you’re juggling big one-off deadlines with your own ongoing creative work, and need someone to handle the project details so you can stay focused on the bigger picture.

    Common projects include:

    • Setting up digital course platforms and custom workflows.

    • Designing custom content and project pipelines in Notion.

    • Building custom Squarespace websites for a specific launch or book release.

    • End-to-end coordination of events

    From £35 per hour, depending on scope and timing.

  • For when your brain feels crowded and you need space to untangle everything with someone who gets it.

    Think of it as borrowing an exobrain. We’ll spend 90 minutes talking things through to help you make sense of what’s swirling around, and find a way forward that actually feels good.

    This isn’t just about strategy or structure – although it is also that. It’s a grounding space to pause so you can recalibrate. I’ll help get you unstuck and reconnected with what you actually want to be doing.

    £150 for a 90-minute session, with follow-up notes included.
